Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Onsight LLC, a California limited liability company ("Onsight," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Cash Game Host (the "Service") at cashgamehost.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from third parties as described below.
1.1 Account and authentication
- Identity and contact: For example, email address, display name, and profile information you choose to provide when you sign up or update your account.
- Authentication providers: If you sign in with a third party (such as Google or Ethereum wallet sign-in), we receive identifiers and profile information that provider shares with us according to your settings and that provider's policies.
1.2 Service data you enter
- Game and player records: Names or labels you assign to players, game metadata (such as game names, locations, stakes labels you type in), and transaction-style records you log (buy-ins, cash-outs, expenses, adjustments, settlement-related notes).
- Payment contact details (optional): If you choose to store them, usernames, handles, notes, or links for services like Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or "other" methods. These are text fields for your convenience so you can share how players may pay each other outside the Service. We do not process payments or access your funds through those apps.
- Support and feedback: Content you send when you contact us (for example through Help & Feedback).
1.3 Automatically collected data
- Technical data: Such as device type, browser type, IP address, and timestamps—typical for operating and securing a web application.
- Cookies and local storage: We may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, preferences (such as theme), and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate you and secure accounts;
- Compute in-app summaries (such as totals and suggested settlement transfers) from the data you enter;
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service;
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights and safety.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: With vendors that help us run the Service (for example hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, and analytics). They are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety: When required by law, legal process, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect Onsight, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data you enter into a game is visible to you as the account holder; do not invite or expect privacy for data you choose to record about others beyond what this Policy describes.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we work to delete or de-identify associated personal data, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
- Access and updates: You can review and update certain information in the Service (for example account and player settings) where the product allows.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the in-product account deletion flow where available, or by contacting us at the email below.
- Regional rights: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example access, correction, or objection). Contact us and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. International users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
